Noteworthy Aspects
• Form, place and finish 4' x 1'-4' gray broom finish subslab to accommodate double soldier course of paver bands on entry island. Furnish and install pavers fields on concrete fines with sand swept joints.
• Construct footings, 2' and 3' low brick walls (3) and columns (6).
• Furnish and install the Concrete Planter Bowls (4 each) from Wausau Tile.
• Furnish and install the Concrete Bollards (4 each) from Wausau Tile.
• Construct concrete fountain base slab, footing and wall structures. This includes all reinforcement, waterstop, finishes and fountain mechanical complete.
• Construct the footings, CMU and wood frame walls, wood floor joists and deck, roof trusses and tile roof for the entry structure building. This includes brick veneer, stucco finish, Cross & Dome Logos on three faces and painting.
• Furnish and install logo and lettering on one face of the building structure.
• Furnish and install electrical complete.
