This new facility, utilizing structural steel and hollow core floor slabs, required careful scheduling of material delivery on this extremely tight site. As a Skilled Nursing Facility, final inspections by AHCA were required to certify construction of the facility. These inspections have a 'fail' rate of approximately 75%. However, Albritton Williams passed the inspection on our first attempt.
