New Service Hangar and Office
Tallahassee, Florida
Worked through twelve-month pre-construction development with architect and owner. Project consisted of 5,240 sf of office space, 2,000 sf shop / storage area, 12,000 sf main hangar, and 6,000 sf attached hangar. Pre-engineered metal building with clear spans of 100 feet and eve height of 32 feet. Building erector has ranked the complexity of this PEMB as "Significantly About Average". Two-hour separation required between hangar facilities.
